Ok, so there are lots of things to avoid eating.

No raw fish.
Not too much crabs.
Not too much Vitamin A.
No tuna.
No mackerel if possible.
No century eggs.
No half-cooked eggs.
No medium-rare beef.
No.........

OMG.

My cravings for pork porridge and pasta are still around. Not strong cravings but still there at the back of my mind. ;p

I am feeling more tiredness and I have been sleeping at 10pm at night.
